  New customer (Belgium): Autoveiligheid NV  
   
 

Autoveiligheid NV, among the 10 certified companies in its domain of activities in Belgium, ensures the technical inspection of vehicles as well the examinations for the driving licence. Autoveiligheid NV having its head office in Geel (Belgium), is present on 11 sites in the provinces of Antwerp, Limburg and the Vlaams-Brabant. With the other control centers, Autoveiligheid is member of the Approved Organizations for Car Control (GOCA) in Brussels.

The vehicle inspection began in Belgium in the years 1930. Following the royal decree of January 2, 1933, the vehicle inspection was applied for the public transport. At the end of the years 1960, the obligatory vehicle inspection was set up for the cars. In 1965, examinations were organized for the first time for the drivers who had their driving licence suspended. Since 1977, the practical driving examination and the highway code examination are obligatory. Among the other services proposed by the centres of technical inspection of vehicles, these examinations for the driving licence are now managed by such organizations.

For these 11 sites of Autoveiligheid NV, Captor provides and sets up its solutions for Time & Attendance, Planning and Access control and also offers a full web self-service solution for the employees so that they can submit and follow up their absence request, check their absence benefits and their personal data via Efficient Personal module.

Hydro is an integrated European energy company and a main producer of hydropower and wind power and has a prime role in transport and trading of energy across Europe. Moreover, Hydro is the third-largest integrated aluminium supplier in the world.

Ribby Hall employs upwards of 200 full and part time employees with temporary labour at peak holiday seasons. They have just gone through a £1 million development and refurbishment program, as part of this redevelopment was the way of capturing the working hours for all of their employees and temporary personnel, so as to be compliant with the working directive, but more importantly to make sure that people get paid correctly on time for the hours they have worked. Previously this was done manually via a time sheet method, manually calculated and input manually to payroll, using the efficient time management system has streamlined this process by correctly calculating hours and inputting direct to payroll.

Ribby Hall operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year, therefore the complexity of their working schedules and staff planning was a major factor in choosing a partner in providing a time management solution, for these reasons Ribby Hall chose found in Captor Ltd a solution that met their requirements in terms of functionality's and within budget for this project.

  ZON (NL) chooses Captor for Time and Attendance management.  
   
 

ZON is a commercial organization based in Venlo (Netherlands) and dedicated to the professionals of the horticulture. Services around the sale of fruit and vegetables are proposed to around 800 horticulturists, members or not of this organization. Not less than 400 customers buy their fresh products at ZON which counts approximately 245 employees based in Venlo city.

As a project, ZON wanted to introduce a Time and Attendance System based on new technologies with the aim of replacing the very old existing time recording system. The choice was directed towards the Web application of Captor namely Efficient People Solutions from which all employees of ZON can, via their own PC, consult their various counters and submit their holidays and absence requests.

In and Out clockings are done directly from the new Ethernet terminals using proximity reading technology. An interface with the Human Resources system and with the payroll application was a requirement for the integration of the solution.

Captor is proud to include ZON among its customer's references and especially for the South-East area of the Netherlands.
